For the purposes of UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, we are the data controller for personal information you share with us through this website. If you contact us through WhatsApp, your phone number and messages will be processed in accordance with this policy and Meta's own privacy terms. We do not share WhatsApp conversations with any third party.

5. Analytics

We use basic analytics tools to understand how visitors use our website — for example, which pages are most popular and how people find us. This data is anonymised and does not identify you personally. We do not use this data for advertising or share it with advertisers.

You can disable analytics tracking through your browser settings or by using Do Not Track signals.

Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months. Client project data is kept for as long as needed to provide ongoing services and meet UK accounting requirements (typically 6 years).

You can request that we delete your personal data at any time. To do so, simply email us at ionut@bertadigital.co.uk with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and let us know what information you'd like removed. We will confirm receipt and complete the deletion within 30 days, unless we are legally required to retain the data (for example, for accounting or tax purposes).

If you originally contacted us via WhatsApp or our contact form, please include the email address or phone number you used so we can locate your records.

10. Cookies

Our website uses only essential cookies needed for the site to function. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
